RESOURCES FOR FINDING AN IDAHO PSYCHOLOGIST:

How to choose a psychologist - American Psychological Association

Idaho Division of Occupational & Professional Licenses search page - This part of the state's new licensing agency website seems to be under construction, so it's a bit more difficult to use than in the past.  To find a list of psychologists licensed in Idaho who practice in your area:  1) Click on the hyperlink (green underlined words) above; 2) Scroll down to the Public Searches section & click on "Search for Licenses."  3) Select "List" under Search Type (see below).  4) Under Board, use the drop down menu to find "Board of Psychologist Examiners."  5) Use the drop down menu in License Type.  6) Then, select your County or Zip code, etc.  7) If you are specifically looking for a prescribing psychologist, select that from the drop down menu under Privilege.

After you have the list, you should be able to determine which are currently licensed and then Export and Print.  If you google their name(s), most will have websites for their practice that will tell you more about their training, their work, etc.
